collagecvlt is my very own indie business – there's a little of me and my Amsterdam studio in everything you buy. So, its important to me that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. I also believe everyone deserves access to beautiful things, and most of all I think people deserve art. Shipping:

If you order t-shirt, apparel, or home decor items, they will ship to you separately from originals and paper products. I go to the Post Office once per week, so please allow up to seven days before shipping. Some items are handled a little differently behind the scenes see below for details and you may need to be on the lookout for multiple packages; either way, everything is shipped worldwide for free.

Small original artworks, prints, collage kits, postcard sets, stickers and zines (paper products) are shipped internationally from Amsterdam by letter post within 5 days of your order, and will take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive from shipping date. If you would like your international order shipped by registered post with track and trace, please email [email protected] with your order number to let me know; the cost is €12. Paper products will be deliverable directly into your mailbox, and will incur no customs fees.

T-shirts, accessories, and home decor items are created especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it might take a few days longer. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank-you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! These will be shipped with tracking numbers; if you place an order outside the European Union, customs fees may apply. 

For apparel and home decor package deliveries, the carrier will be able to offer you several solutions such as dropping it off at a neighbour's house, dropping it off at a drop-off point, or even trying to deliver it again, if you are not present when the package arrives. Please do not hesitate to look at your tracking number in order to know more details about your delivery.

Digital items are available for personal and commercial use, but are not eligible for return or refund, unless there has been an error on my part. I aim to deliver the files within a few hours, but on the rare occasion I am away from my studio, it may take up to 48 hours; I will be in touch by email if this is the case. Please do not redistribute/share the files or the download link.

I regret that I cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised or custom items. 

For packages lost in transit, please email [email protected] no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please add your shipping address to your order with care! Unfortunately I cannot accept refund claims due to carrier error, or if an incorrect address is provided.

If you are not satisfied with your physical order, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please carefully read my return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Payment:

  • You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe,  which ensures the security of your data.
  • If your payment fails, it may be due to several things, such as a credit card or PayPal error. Please try again and double check your information.
  • If your bank account has been debited but you have not received any order or shipping confirmation, please contact me as soon as possible at [email protected].
  • For any problems related to payment, please contact me at [email protected].

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the return.
  • In the case of original artworks, a trackable shipping method must be used.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • I will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.
  • Returned items must arrive back at my studio within 30 days of their original delivery date.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on my part.
  • I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process:

  • Once I receive and inspect your returned item(s), I will process your refund within 5 days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping charges, discounts, or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • I cannot unfortunately accept exchanges, except for prints or postcard sets of the same value as your purchase. Exchanges of physical goods will incur shipping costs. Please email me at [email protected] for more information. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns:

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return.

Important Notes:

  • I reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet my return policy criteria.
  • Refunds for returned items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will be issued at my discretion.
  • Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
